I am really new to this site. To be honest, I largely joined to get some feedback on a website the we created to help people find that next book to read.
The website catalogs over 100,000 books and 125,000 reading lists and allows users to display and print out a list of 100 books related to any book. So, if you’ve just finished a good book, enter it into our search field and the site will display books connected to that book.
But, I am worried that just posting a link to the site breaks the Book Lust and Wet Paint anti-spam policy... But I really would like some feedback from other avid readers on how well the site does at recommending other books to read.
So, is this an OK thing to post here or is somewhere else more appropriate?

I am looking for a new paranormal romance about any type of shape shifter I would like it to include pregnancy and wether the babies are pups or human, it can be by any author.
I love paranormal romance and I've read hundreds, but I have not found one that included information about children and if they are magical or human, I just think that it would add to the flavor of a book if it included kids. I really think it would interesting if the author included the everyday aspect of kids in a paranormal romance.
I am new to this blog and I hope I am posting in the correct place

If you want to give your teenage boys a special adventure they will always remember, try Australian author Christopher J. Holcroft's Scott Morrow trilogy! The books are aimed at boys aged 11-18 and will take them on a roller coaster ride of adventure, fun and excitement. The first two books, Only The Brave Dare and CANYON are available through Poseidon Books at http://www.poseidonbooks.com/ The third, A Rite Of Passage, will be available late 2009. All three books follow the adventures of Venturer Sout Scott Morrow as he and his Venurers go on a Christmas holiday and mix it with some Russian Mafia hell bent on flooding Australia with heroin. The adventure continues with the setting up of a national rescue organisation run by young adults to save people who have misfortune in the wilds. Lastly, the boys transition to manhood when they try and save a group of Girl Guides stuck on a burning building with a biker war raging all around them. For more information, go to http://www.christopherholcroft.com

This is not New Orleans, but it certainly is good for an 11year old girl. The Evolution of Calpurnia Tate, by J.Kelly I have a tickle in my brain about the New Orleans connection (I know I've read one) and hopefully get back.

Hi I´m looking for a book I read about 10 years ago and can´t get out of my head. It´s about an ice prison, a girl with some kind of telekinetic powers and a man who is a brutal enforcer or guard or something . the whole prison is run by a computer and the people in it have been captive for so many generations that they don ´t even remember why only that they are descendants of those on the losing side of a war. In the end the computer chooses the girl to lead them out of the prison since it is failing due to age, and the city thaws and due to her power´s she can literally create the landscape outside the prison in which they will live.
Hopefully someone can help me out and tell me the title of this book. thanks in advance

I don't know Authors, (there are two) and I don't know name of book, but I do know the story line... There are Two Great Dragons, Sleeping now, but the Dark one is trying to gain advantage, wake up and control the world. The story is set in nowadays, cars, planes, cities etc, and the Dark Dragons champion is a man who thinks he is doing good, and doesn't know the Dragon is bad.. The main character , (dark dragons deciple) can turn into a dragon fledgling thing, and become very strong etc. and performs tasks that he is told to do through a mirror by the evil dragon.. let me know if you've heard of this book. thanks

I read dozens of horse books when I was a kid in the sixties, and I have most of the ones I liked, but there is one whose title I can't remember. The main character (a girl, I think) had a non-descript horse (maybe a mustang), and entered a really long endurance race. She had help from an old cowboy cook. One of the other entries was a villainous sort who rode a really fancy Thoroughbred and had lots of money. I think it was set in the late 1800's, and in the central US. Does anyone know this book?
