Nov 9 2006, 3:52 PM EST I read Pomegranate Soup and loved it! I didn't know much about the cultural revolution in Iran, so this book was entertaining and informative. Plus, it evoked all the senses with the detailed descriptions of Persian spices, smells, and textures in cooking. I even made the dolmas from the recipie in the book. Do you find this valuable? |
